Laura graduated in 2006 from San Diego State University with her BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. She then went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, San Diego Campus. Laura has completed a 1 year Long-Term Physical Therapy Training for Advanced Manual Therapy in Folsom, CA, and a number of other continuing education courses. She has initiated her training in pelvic floor dysfunction and visceral mobilization, and plans to continue to develop these skills. She enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, bringing together the benefit of manual therapy and exercise.
She is also passionate about combining Pilates concepts with physical therapy. She has completed her level 1 Reformer training and practices regularly.
Laura enjoys all outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband and two girls.
